Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Reselo – Resale Value Scanner ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Reselo Does

Reselo is an AI-powered resale value scanner. It allows users to photograph second-hand items and receive:

  • An estimated resale value based on market data from platforms including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari
  • An AI-generated listing description, title, and suggested price
  • An enhanced product photo with background removal
  • A Go / Skip recommendation based on estimated resale margin

All valuations are estimates based on available market data and AI analysis. They are not guaranteed sale prices.

3. Subscription Terms

Free Trial

The App offers a 3-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. Your trial begins immediately upon confirmation. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Pro Monthly

€12.99 per month, billed monthly through your Apple ID. Renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Pro Yearly

€59.99 per year, billed annually through your Apple ID. Renews automatically each year until cancelled.

Reselo Enhance

A separate add-on subscription that provides AI-enhanced listing photos. €9.99 per month, billed monthly through your Apple ID. Requires an active Reselo Pro subscription.

Usage limits & fair use

Reselo Pro includes AI-powered item scans and resale estimates subject to the following limits:

  • Free trial: Up to 10 scans during your 3-day trial (total for the trial period).
  • Pro Monthly (€12.99/month): Up to 150 scans per calendar month. Scans 1–40 each month use full analysis; scans 41–150 use simplified analysis.
  • Pro Yearly (€59.99/year): Up to 50 scans per calendar month. Scans 1–40 each month use full analysis; scans 41–50 use simplified analysis.
  • Reselo Enhance (€9.99/month, separate subscription): Up to 25 AI-enhanced listing photos per calendar month. Requires an active Reselo Pro subscription.

When you reach a limit, you cannot start new scans (or cloud photo enhancements for Enhance) until your limit resets on the 1st of the next calendar month, or until you upgrade to a plan with a higher cap. We may adjust limits with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Reselo does not process refunds directly.

4. Accuracy of Valuations

Reselo provides AI-generated estimates based on publicly available market data. These estimates:

  • Are not guaranteed sale prices
  • May vary from actual market conditions
  • Should be used as a guide, not as financial advice
  • Are subject to change based on market fluctuations

Reselo is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on in-app valuations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the App to misrepresent the value of items in fraudulent listings
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the App
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute App content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including AI-generated text, design, and functionality, is the property of Reselo. AI-generated listing descriptions created for your scanned items are yours to use for your own listings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reselo shall not be liable for:

  • Any inaccuracies in resale valuations
  • Any loss of income or profit based on App recommendations
  • Any interruption or unavailability of the App
  • Any loss of data

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
